Recar s.r.l. production facilities, located at Saliceto (CN), cover a 10,000 m2 area, 3,000 m2 of which in industrial premises. The company activity, plastics extrusion, is mainly aimed at the production of specific PVC profiles for greenhouse structures.

Manufacturing includes 2 different material processing:

1. PVC pellets production, as a first semi-finished product obtained from “primary” raw materials.
2. PVC profiles extrusion, obtained from our first semi-finished products, the pellets. The daily production, over three shifts, involves seven high capacity drawing lines. An internal quality control service ensures a continuous 24/24 hours monitoring and testing of the whole production.

Recar s.r.l. was the first Italian company manufacturing PVC profiles for greenhouses, replacing, since 1974, the formerly used plaster. For the last 40 years, Recar have been improving and growing. After having moved from the old site in Liguria to the new facilities in Piemonte, the company kept on innovating and improving its products, now sold all over Italy and Europe.
